I want to say thank you to Frank and the forum members for making me feel welcomed at the M & H Tour and for the great performances at the factory and the party at Larry Buck's. It was a wonderful weekend for me and I am pleased to be counted as a Piano World forum member. I look forward to many more Piano World events.

It was a joy to meet Perri and have her sign my book. I learned so much about pianos and the obsessions that pianists have with them. I have come to the conclusion that Mark is an extremely patient man, considering how hyper he is.

Thank's to the many talented people at M & H for leading me into the wonderful world of pianos. The tour was so interesting and informative. I never realized that creating a quality Grand Piano was such a work of art. Kudos to all the talented artists that work at Mason & Hamlin.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures.

lady ford,
it was wonderful to meet you. so glad you were able to make it.

as for your comments about marc--methinks that all piano technicians must have almost an inhuman degree of patience--the work requires it, and sometimes so do the clients! ;\)
