Maybe next time... We have it down to a system, but we are traveling to CT for this one. As for quitting the day jobs- well, I don't actually have one anymore and hubby is not quite ready to devote full time to chili!! Because of a schedule conflict, Pat Frederick needs to have us move our starting time to, the earliest, 1pm on the 3rd.
