Yup, that would definitely prepare you! As a matter of fact, that's just after and/or just before a recital for me as well. Rachmaninoff or Busoni perhaps??

Not Rach or Busoni....

Some selections from Handel's suite 7
Schubert Moments Musicaux No. 4 & No. 6
Remembrance by Betty Wishart (my instructor, available on Conners Publications)

I'd love to hear your instructor's piece! I hope you decide to play it whenever we decide on a date.

Cathy, my piano is still there, yes? You know which piano--the one so special that it had its own room in order not to be tainted by, or associated with, those so-called pianos in the showroom.

Yes, hard to believe, but no one has bought it yet. Don't forget your checkbook this time.

So we're talking about Nov. 12th? As a tentative date anyways?

This should read, "How much do you want to take this thing out of my store?"

All I know is traffic going north on I-95 on a Saturday afternoon is a female dog. Although this is going to be a bit after tourist season. But still. Maybe noonish? When did we have it before? I just remember being there until the following morning. Literally.

We need to have it after store hours -- like last time. I'm open from 10-6, so it'll be after that.
Okey-dokey?

I'm planning on getting there around noon so I can warm up while entertaining customers. The soothing piano music provides a pleasant background for piano shoppers and boosts sales. I'm sure that Cathy won't mind.
