My only suggestion would be to move the physical location of the TOP OF PAGE button up a bit (perhaps next to or below the Printer Friendly Version button) or above the Contact Us | Piano World | Privacy Statement buttons.

Then when the window first opens, a person (oh, ok, I ) could just club the TopOfPage button right away instead of having to scroll down to the bottom of the window. I realize that if the last post is a long one, one (oh, ok, I ) would have to scroll down anyway, but that doesn't happen all that often.

I can see the logic of its current location, i.e.. "go to very bottom to click to the very top" so if you keep it there I'll not hold any grudge.
