I'm looking into the possibility of adding a calendar to the forums. We could use it to post forum member party dates, special events, birthdays, upcoming concerts, etc. See an example HERE Thoughts, opinions? - Frank B. Piano World

Don't you have anything better to do than nag us with questions on improving Piano World??? Seriously, I think the calendar is a good idea. Oh, September 14th.

a great idea, frank. pianoworld parties and concerts performed by forum members are the only items i can think of as appropriate, though. but hey, i like the birthday listings idea. the calendar is worth it just for the prospect of getting lots of birthday greetings! put me down for feb. 8th.

I like the idea also. My birthday is 10th September. In addition, (shameless plug) the choir I'm singing with will be doing an Evensong at the Episcopal church in Colonial Williamsburg the third weekend in October. I can't wait!

Great idea, Frank, It'll help us all become closer. Not too much, though... 'K? Zorro was born on the 12th of November.

I love it! I was born on November 11.
Maybe we can list some composer birthdays and some famous pianists' birthdays too.

Frank, I think the calendar is a good idea for forum members get togethers and concerts. And maybe forum get togethers "at" concerts. By the way, my birthday is June 29th. pdolce
