There is another forum that I post on which allows people to attach pictures, music files, and pdf files, and other such things to their posts. Each person gets their own personal upload quota which they can use however they want (within reason). That way, we can upload our stuff directly to the forum. If we fill up our space, we can delete what is no longer wanted and put new stuff up. What do you think?

Then maybe it could be something like a pay-per-store thing, with the ammount that you pay increasing with the ammount that you store?
