Is there anyone or any software that can assist me with transition chords?

I remember some years ago of a piece of software that asked me for my origination (or current) key and then asked me for my destination key. Along with that was a request for a numeric input of 3 or more - this was the representation of the number of chords that would get me from the current to the destination key.

Has someone seen or remember such software? OR is there some assistance that I could receive in achieving my transitional goals? Modulating from one key to a half step higher is simple, but it's the jumping from 3 or more keys (even from major to minor transitions in various keys) that I require help.

I am by no means an expert on modulations, but it's very common to use the V7 chord of the key you're jumping to.

So if you go from C major to G major, you'd use D7 as the transition chord because D7 is the V chord in the key of G.

For additional chords, travel along the Circle of Fifths. So you could do: A7-D7-G, E7-A7-D7-G, B7-E7-A7-D7-G and so on.

(You don't have to play them as 7th chords, you can also make them minor or whatever you want.)
