Hello everyone. I'm not particularly familiar with the different grading systems and was wondering what grades the following pieces would be:

Clementi - Sonata Op. 47, No. 2
Mendelssohn - Songs Without Words "Agitation"
Bach - Partita II
Rachmaninoff - Etudes-Tableux No. 9

And if there are any suggestions, could you please give me any other ideas of pieces along that same level?

Thanks so much to everyone!

-Sweet_Melody

I'm not familiar with grades, either, but I saw this link on another thread. It's great for finding pieces of a similar level.

Helpful website, Thanks. Interesting, Fur Elise and Mozart K545 (C major) are graded 4 and 5 respectively, yet many refer to these as "beginner pieces."

I traced it to http://www.pianostreet.com/Graded_Pieces_All.xls - or is it the other way round? - but that doesn't make me any wiser as to who wrote the comments...
