help with piano bench height

I just got a new piano and new bench, the bench is adjustable.
How can I detemine the optimal height for the bench? Are there some rules or techniques for getting this right?
Any suggestions are welcome.

It varies depending on your body size. Your forearms should be parallel to the floor.
