Can anyone out there tell me how to play a five note trill in the time of a quarter note, when the corresponding bass consists of four sixteenths note. The trill in question is the F##-G#-F##-E#-F## one in the 3rd Movement of the Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. I know that when played up to speed, the relative occurence of the notes between the hands will not be as important; however I want to play it correctly as I am practicing slowly. Should three of the trill notes be played as a duplet, or two played as 32nd notes, or some other combination. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All 5 notes played evenly will work just fine.
