I have a very good piano teacher, been with her from ny first lesson 5 years ago.

She has a very busy schedule and sometimes cancels lessons and reschedulues. This time she canceled a lesson and asked me to call her if I didn't hear from her. So far I've left three messages and she hasn't returned my call. There are times that she has aked me to do this, and she has returned my calls.

How should I deal with this?

Politely. She may have gotten bogged down with something, or had a family emergency, or who knows what.

Hi Piano Dad,

She did get back to me today - she is busy and hasn't been feeling well, but when I spoke with her on Sunday she left me with the impression that she was on the mend - unless she gets back to me I have know way of knowing.

Anyway, we set a lesson for this Sunday - we'll see. Thanks for getting back to me.
