In your local area, are there any organized programs through which young musicians (classical music students below the collegiate level) can meet one another and play chamber music together?

C. No, there is nothing like this in my area that I am aware of

It has been my observation that classical piano students below the collegiate level (myself included) often do not have the opportunity to know and play with other young musicians, and it is desparately needed. Do any of you teachers provide these opportunities for your students? Have you considered starting local organizations to meet this need, perhaps in cooperation with other teachers (who teach other instruments)? Please post your answers and thoughts here, and hopefully we can stimulate some activity in this vital field.
