Hey,

that's a great piece. I played it for my school's entrance exam. I'm going to download it now.

Three criticisms...

1) The whole piece needs to be more vivacious and full of life, it's a wedding day remember! The opening theme sounds far too timid and restrained.

2) I notice the tempo drops alarmingly when it gets more difficult (e.g. the alternating hands passage and the decorated return of the first theme after it). More work needed here, I suspect.

3) The melodic line tends to weaken and virtually disappear in places - it really needs to sing out over the accompanying chords. Listen to 0:14-0:15s for an idea of what I mean.

Overall, it just needs to sound more confident and vigorous.

The middle, lyrical section is very nicely done however. Top marks for that, even if it is a little on the slow side for my liking.
