Never heard it before. My guess is that it is an original piece. It has a sweetness about it and would be simple enough to transcribe if you read music.

It certainly has a familiar sound to it. I notice that if you transpose the tune from Pachelbel's Canon into the key of C, you can play it in harmony with this song, at least for a while!
