The question of how to record your digital or acoustic piano playing comes up often on the forums. These two threads should help you figure out how to record your playing using your computer, and how to post and share your finished piano recordings on the Internet.

Please See this thread for recording from digital piano / instruments to computer.. Very well written, includes pictures ...

David :

I'm not sure whether or not you are aware of it, but this thread is not an active thread; it was posted by Frank only as a source of information. As you can see, yours is only the second post since Frank opened it thread almost a year ago.

If you want your post responded to by others who may have some helpful information and advice, it might be advisable to post your dilemma on one of the active threads in the Pianist Corner, the Piano Forum or one of the other Forums on Piano World.

Regards,

Does anyone know or have experience in using pianodisc with recording software to record piano performances , without using the usual recording and mic process ?
