On Jan4th was my friend's birthday.
Somehow,the tune stayed in my head for a few weeks, so i decided to play it by ear with lots of variations (so tat it woudnt sound 'silly').

Hi KAM, it sounded very pretty. I couldn't hear "Happy Birthday" in it anywhere, but then, I guess that was your intent? Or maybe it's a happy birthday song that I'm not familiar with.

I think I heard a touch of Pachelbel in this piece.

I sort of heard the main theme in the first variation, but after that I was completely lost. After a while it sort of sounds like variations on the variations, instead of variations on the main theme. It sure sounded nice, though.

Sounds more like a variation on Cannon in D by Pachelbel.
