. Music description : This piece is taken from the Final Fantasy 8 Piano Collections book. It is my favorite piece from this collection. My favorite parts are the sweeping arpeggios throughout the middle. If you really want to hear how beautiful it sounds you should pick up the FF8 piano collections soundtrack instead of my feeble attempt. \:\)

. Performer's name : Kelly (totally classics)

. Music Link : Kelly-sonatina.mp3
. Size in MB : 1 MB
. Length MM:SS : 02:07
. Title/Composer :Sonatina in G Op.36 No.2 I.Allegretto
. Instrument used :Yamah C2 Acoustic grand
. Recording method :Cubase computer recording system with microphone. I don't know anything else. My husband recorded me playing.
. Source : Sonatina Album For The Piano, Compiled by Louis Kohler, Edited by Allan Small, An Alfred Masterwork Edition
. Music description : This is probably my favorite Clementi piece, as I feel it has so much room for expression.

I am still learning how to work technically with expression, speed, rhythm, etc, and I studied this piece with my teacher for 2 weeks and have been working on the piece off and on for 2 months.

This is my first recording, and the piece is a little rushed, with a few bobbles, but it's okay because THIS IS REAL. No corrections have been made, and this was a single recording, as though I were playing live in front of you! So....from me to you, ENJOY!

OH! I AM SO NERVOUS!!!! Oh, Don't worry, at the beginning of the piece, the song fades in, (technical error, still learning to use recording system), there is nothing wrong with your ears or your speakers! May this be an inspiration! I hope!

Some really encouraging work here. I dont really qualify as a beginner otherwise I would be tempted to post something too. This recital thread was a really great idea.

You all showed oodles of guts to play like this.

Maybe this can take some load off the server.

I have combined the 32 .mp3 files into the following 4 .zip files.

One hour 42 minutes and 12 seconds of terrific music!
