Okay, I'll start this by saying, yeah, I blew it. I skipped practice yesterday. Not even a measly ten minutes at the keyboard. *sigh*

I suppose I could whine a lot about shoe shopping and traffic jams and summer temps and all that, but I will, instead, count this as my "gimme-day" and see how the rest of the month goes. But, oh, boy, I really should not have skipped a day so early in the month. One of my best friends is arriving next weekend to stay with me for a week, and that will be great fun, but the practice time, the practice time … !
