A day early....but I wanted to wish you a very Happy 40th Birthday. You're a very sweet and gentle man (somebody paid me to say that). You have inspired a lot of us here in the AB forum. I wish you peace and good health and just want you to realize that you're kind of like, 'erm - Kewl! Continue to inspire us, Super-Hunky.

Peace! thumb

Happy Birthday, hunky! Where you still having that big party you promised? The one where you weren't going to let your guests leave until you played all 1000 songs in your Roland? Let us know how it went.

Happy birthday, Hunkster! Hope you have a great day and play loads of your favourite tunes with the volume on 11.

Ok, not the most 'original' idea, but I found this on a website:

Perks Of Being Over 40

There is a positives side to being 40 and over?

1. Your supply of brain cells is finally down to manageable size.

2. Your secrets are safe with your friends because they can't remember them either.

3. Your joints are more accurate meteorologists than the national weather service.

4. People call at 9 PM and ask, "Did I wake you?"

5. People no longer view you as a hypochondriac.

6. Things you buy now won't wear out.

7. You can eat dinner at 4 P.M.

9. You enjoy hearing about other peoples operations.

10. You get into heated arguments about pension plans.

11. You have a party and the neighbors don't even realize it.

12. You no longer think of speed limits as a challenge.

13. You quit trying to hold your stomach in, no matter who walks into the room.

14. You sing along with elevator music.

15. Your eyes won't get much worse.

16. Your investment in health insurance is finally beginning to pay off.

All the best,
Euan.

No problem, Rocky. I'm sure you're memory is fine - I, on the other hand ,have a semi-photographic memory for the details I want to remember and the other details, my memory turns into a siff - ...

BTW: Where the heck is the birthday boy? confused

Thanks Sharon and everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes.

Sharon, you were close, but its actually NOT my birthday today, but actually the very first aniversery of my 39th birthday!!!

From now on, I'm just going to be celebrating aniverseries on this date!

I must say that the "Birthday Bunny" has been very good to me this year and left something very, very nice under the Birthday tree for me.

I will post up some pics of it next week when I actually get it........stay tuned!

Thanks again everyone, you guys are the best thumb

Can we have guesses as to what the mystery present is?

I'm guessing a Harley!
