It's called Comptine D'un Autre été: L'après-midi by Yann Tiersen, from the soundtrack of Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain. I think there's another thread about this video too. The sheet music can be found in Six Pieces Pour Piano, Vol 2. I happen to have borrowed it from my public library last week.

The video itself was made by Aidan Gibbons (a film student), set to Tiersen's music. I bought the sheet music not long ago after seeing it. It's one of those pieces that doesn't seem too hard at the beginning, but once you get into it you realize it takes a long time to get it to sound really good. I can play it, but I'm still pretty sloppy on the fast arpeggios.
