This custom search works much better than the built in one and allows searching older posts.

Our next Chopin's DeathDay Recital will be October 17, 2009. We're doing nocturnes this time. We have three (now just two) orphans. Anyone interested? The two below are available.
15/3 claimed 32/2 Liszt Addict 62/1 claimed
15/3 is considered grade 7, the other two are grade 8.

FWIW, for the benefit of someone considering one of these ... 15/3 is generally considered the least technically demanding of all Chopin's nocturnes that were published during his lifetime. But, as Yuri already said, YMMV. I wonder if the so-called Nocturne Oubliée should be admissible, too, if anyone cares to play it. Steven

If you need me to step in, I'm sure I'll find the responsibility of participating to be highly motivating!

Yeah, I just saw it pop up again at the top of the forum yesterday and didn't see the dates on the original post until after I replied.
