With all the gloom and doom circulating these days, I take the smiles I find and try to pass them along. This one made me laugh out loud.

Upon hunting the Internet this morning looking for educational sites to use with my elementary students, I found this: History . Look on the right side of the page as you scroll down and choose 'Yo Mo Concerto.' (I'd have posted a tidy link to the actual song, but Piano World doesn't allow parenthesis to appear in URLs so I had to do this in pieces.)

This site is a collection of 'educational songs' to use in the classroom, and the Mozart 'biography' just tickled me.

Edited to fix aforementioned HTML/URL problem.
Collector of sheet music I can't play.

JeanieA - catchy tune, groovy beat, fun lyrics - perfect for kids (hey, for some of us big "kids" too!) - thanks for sharing

Mak: well I[/b] certainly wouldn't try to dance to that, but when I was dancing on a regular basis the minuet was still all the rage!
