Hi all,

I'm an adult beginner (45 yrs old, 9th week of playing. I picked up the first two Martha Mier "Jazz, Rags and Blues" books. I'm having trouble understanding how they are supposed to sound! Does anyone who might have these books have the kindness to record a playing of them and make the file available for me?

Thanks!

I learned several pieces in that book myself, and at first had a hard time with the rhythm.

I'm not very advanced when it comes to computers, mp3, etc., etc., but I was shown today (as a matter of fact), how to turn on my internal microphone on my Apple powerbook and record with GarageBand - which I can load into iTunes and even burn a CD!

If someone hasn't replied with a recording, maybe I'll try it this weekend and PM to you.
