Does anybody know the name of Piano Stores in Albert or Toronto which sells European Pianos? Plase include their phone no. or email address. I am seriously looking for a 6' - 7' grand piano. Thanks!

Best bet in Toronto is Remyeni House of Piano on Bloor downtown. They carry Bosendofer, Schimmel Ibach among others. The Canadian Piano Page http://www.canadianpianopage.com/links.htm
has a listing of some piano stores for all provinces which may be helpful. Some of the stores are a bit out of date, but it's a good start. Just click on the province icon, and then scrool down to piano stores. This should help for your Alberta search.

Sauter makes an AWESOME 7'2" called the "Omega" (even sounds intriguing, no?) E-mail me for more detail.

How many times does someone have to tell you not to use this forum for sales before you get the picture, Scott? You have been told repeatedly not to fish for prospects here. I don't do it, none of the other dealers who post here do it, and you shouldn't do it either. Show some respect and follow the rules. It isn't like you don't know them.

As an example of why this is bad for the forum, there was a time that all Scott sold was Steinway and Young Chang. As you can imagine, the Sauter at that time would not hold a candle to either one of these brands. Now that Scott sells Sauter, it is a wonderful piano.

I don't mean to be a grump, but I've spent the entire day dealing with people take advantage of everyone else, and I just don't feel like putting up with it when I come here for a little fun.

I can also recommend Remenyi very highly. I know them well.

and Larry... Get off it! Do you really think Scott was fishing for a sale from Houston IN TORONTO? Or maybe just giving his opinion.

Scott:

Having 'only' sold Young Chang and one premium brand before, nobody can hold against you that you call the 7'2 Sauter Omega "awesome". It sure like heck is....

But so is every other superb 7'2 grand.....
..if the customer should AGREE!!

Let's not forget the simple truth about every piano out:
The customer is ALWAYS right!![even when not]

P.S. One person called me recently from California inquiring about the 7'2" Sauter.
The one he did play down there wasn't to his liking.Nor was the last one we sold ourselves to one eventual [happy] pianist.

Pianists do have opinions of their own.

For better or.... sometimes..... worse...

Let's live [and let live..] with this!!
