Actually I posted this on the Adult Beginners Forum which I used to follow more often, but I think that it may be of interest to you as well.
**************
You know that I do not visit these forums as often as I used to due to many interferences of working life. Nevertheless I wanted to let you know about www.jamKazam.com and their JamBlaster project on kickstarter.com

It is all about jamming on line at home with people from other places. I recall that a few members here enjoyed playing together with other musicians. For those of you I think this is good news. JamKazam is the free service providing the connection for the jam session online and, optionally, if you find fit to equip yourselves with a jamBlaster to decrease your latency and increase the distance between musicians, they've just launched their JamBlaster project on kickstarter. They have quite a few videos there which you might like. One of them shows people playing across continents.

Best wishes
Manolo
