I am new at this forum and not sure that I am placing my question in correct place. I am looking for a technician familiar with Yamaha M515CH, which is a console, disclavier. Something got broken inside the instrument. The sound became very bad. The problem has to be identified and fixed it. Thanks.

You might contact the local Yamaha dealer to ask for a recommendation. Ordinarily, any decent piano technician would do, but because it is a Disclavier, you might need someone who is familiar with them.

You can look for a piano technician in your area by going to http://ptg.org . Piano Technicians Guild members have been tested to meet, at least, a minimum standard of technical competence, they subscribe to a code of ethics, and they have many opportunities for continuing education in the craft. There are also techs who are quite good, but who do not belong to the Guild.

You can contact PTG with the information you gave in your original post, to find a tech who knows that model. But BDB's suggestion is a perfectly fine one, and may be the easiest.
