Hungarian Dance Sz.52 No.41 by Bela Bartok. It's a 3 line simple childrens piece, and I want to be able to explain that it is written in a mode (I'm pretty sure it is?) but I'm not sure which one. The key signature is D minor but all the B's have natural accidentals in front of them. The last line has C#s. Where do they come from? Any theory buffs know the piece I'm talking about and able to help me out here?

Wouldn't that make it not Dorian mode though, as Dorian mode doesn't have a raised seventh?
