I'd like to engage the collective knowledge of the great group mind here to find a duet arrangement of one (or more) Sousa (or other widely recognizable) march(es), that sound great, include enough of the strains to be interesting, and are about (early?) intermediate level.

Thanks in advance!

I've heard American Patrol done that way and it worked well, but I couldn't tell you the arrangement.

Washington Post and Thunderer might make the list.

I would guess the two most recognizable marches out there are Stars & Stripes and Radetzky, depending on your audience.

I was just at the only local shop that still carries sheet music. They have a few options for Stars and Stripes, but none of them include the piccolo part from the trio. What's up with that?!

I think I have a Radetzky around here somewhere. Maybe we should work that up, and by the time it is ready, I will have either found a suitable Sousa or given up the idea.

Why don't you arrange it yourself?

Right, I'll get right on that arrangement...in my spare time.

Seriously, after watching these guys, I think I would do well to wait:
