I think in general you play with the tempo a little too much and it ends up ruining the momentum of the piece. A little bit of tapering at the end of the phrases can be good, but in your case that should be done in the context of dynamics, not tempo. I think this is due to you struggling technically, so more slow practice is always good.

Also try to work with the balance. This may be due to your recording equipment, but I felt that your right hand was overpowering the whole time. Your articulations were a little harsh sometimes, with little sense of a legato line. Remember, not every note in the right hand has to be forte.
