Need help with short melodic theme!

I have always wanted to learn this theme from one of my all time favorite shows but man I am struggling figuring out the chords. Its not the best quality of the song but I can't even figure out the key its in. Help!!! Much appreciated! Watch in HQ, the chords vibrate better aka suspend

I've figured this much that its Jazz chords and thanks to keisler, he said its 7th and 9th if that helps. But man I can't figure out the Key notation of this song to save my life.

sounds like it's in the key of D minor.

i hear a G minor 7th going to an A 7th to a D minor 9, near the end of the tune. at the very end it does something a little different, but it goes back to D minor, i believe.

just listened to it a few times. i'm upstairs--and away from the piano, so i may be wrong...
