I am mostly a classical pianist so I don't know much about this style of playing. I find Luca's playing absolutely sensational. Is he already one of the best boogie woogie/New Orleans style players on the planet? Is he already one of the best ever?

I just find it hard to imagine anyone could play this style better.

I'm kind of surprised and disappointed there seems to be more interest about boogie woogie on the classically oriented Pianist Corner than on the Non Classical forum.

No one here thinks Luca is amazing or likes this kind of music?

I think many of us read and maybe post on more than one forum. I posted on PC because I read that forum before this one.

I'll be cross posting now! Yes, I think Luca is amazing and I do like boogie woogie, although I can't play it well myself.

I love Boogie-Woogie, and answered your other post about tremelos on this forum, so people are reading it.
