I bought my digital piano. Took me a good 3 months to get myself to buy it. Originally, I was going to go for a Privia, and then for the Korg sp-250...

And I ended up with the Yamaha P-155. Yea...little bit of a price difference there. I won't be going out to eat for like 4 months.

I didn't want to spend this much money on a DP...but after seeing it in Guitar Center, and all the praise it has been given on these forums...I couldn't resist. I would have saved a good deal of money by buying a px-120 or sp-250, but I probably would have always wished for the p-155.

No clackity keys or crappy footpedal worries, no sad 60 note polyphony, I'm able to record and I get a USB port...not to mention a sexy mahogany finish smile

Oh, and the action is better too right? lol. I've only had one lesson, so me trying to figure that out is rather pointless, though I could tell it felt better than the casios.

Bad thing is I spent the $983 and won't be having a stand anytime soon. Gonna have to stack it up on boxes or something XD I'll have the most ghetto set up ever. Incidentally, how high is a keyboard supposed to sit?

New toy! Yay!
