OP Beemer 3000 Post Club Member Joined: May 2013 Posts: 3,157 Scotland	I would like to understand the difference between these action: Advanced Hammer Action IV-F (AHA IV-F) as on the KDP90 Grand Feel as on the MP11 AWAPROII When I online read Kawai literature it fails to explain the timeline of each action. All the above use wooden keys with graded action but which is their current premium action? Ian I'm all keyed up 2016 Blüthner Model A

The 'AHA IV-F' action is Kawai's entry-level plastic key action, as found on the ES100, KDP90/KCP90, and CL26. The 'Grand Feel' action is Kawai's latest flagship wooden key action, as found on the CA95/CA65, CS10/CS7, and MP11. The thread spanishbuddha provides additional information, as will most if not all Kawai DP brochures that feature these actions.
