Cable Nelson - 10/31/04 10:34 AM
I just purchased a 1918 Cable Nelson Piano from a rummage sale. The story behind it is that the person I bought it from had it refinished when they bought it because it had been painted about 3 times over the original wood. They took a picture of the Cable Nelson label that was on the front of the piano so maybe some day they would replace it but never got around to it. (The label had to be scrapped off when it was refinished in order to refinish it properly.) My questions are does anyone know if the label can be replaced and what the approx. value of the piano might be?
