Frank, Would your consider moving the 
Forum Members Tours, Parties...[/b] over to the Our Most Popular Forums[/b] section??
or else... maybe have theFun Stuff[/b] section exchange places with the Information--FAQs Archives[/b] section which would allow the Member Gatherings section to be closer to the top.
I have no idea the amount of time involved in making such a change or if you think it would even be worthwhile. Just a thought.
