"Add this topic to my watched topics" as default?

I would like to receive email notifications for all threads in which I post. Is this possible to set as a default (as in other forums)? I often forget to click "add this topic to my watched topics".

that would be great!!! I would love that as well. Please, please, please, add this feature!!!!
