On a lighter note.....

It was wonderful hearing my student ask me yesterday, "Would it be okay if I practiced all the songs in this book this week?" after I handed out her Christmas music book. That was music to my ears!

That's great! I actually like to give Christmas music that's sightreading level for my students so they can do just that. I love that I can sneakily get them to sightread every day and like it.
