I'd appreciate anyone's opinions about these pianos from the standpoints of playing them, working on them, and overall quality/durability. Thanks!

Given a choice of 60's era pianos, I'd opt for a Baldwin Hamilton 45" over the Steinway 45". The Steinways are durable (unfortunately), but they have a problematic reputation among tuners for difficulty with coherence and stability in the treble.
