Wally Scherer of the Palm Beach (FL) chapter invited me to their meeting Monday night, Oct. 13 (2008). Thanks Wally.

If any of our forums members/ PTG members are planning on attending, I'd be happy to meet you.
Too far away from over here on the left coast Frank, but enjoy yourself if you decide to attend. Actually, I am not a member in reality, but I understand from one of our new technician/members (Anson Everitt) that including all of the usual good stuff they have at these meetings, they have something else that is also important. They have cookies……mmmmmmmmmm.
I hope that things are working out there in Pompano Beach, and you are getting more settled.
All the best…..

Thanks Dan,

I don't know if you come down for the NAMM show, but that's the one time of the year I get to the "left" coast.
I am trying for next year Frank, and will look forward to meeeting you there if I can get away this time.

I have to keep an eye on Norbert, you know wink

Somebody definitely needs to keep an eye on Norbert laugh

Hope you make it, if you do, please let me know and we'll catch up at the show.
Thanks Frank,

I will certainly let you know if I am coming next year for sure. While I have got you here I wanted to address something else.

I wanted to thank you for leaving this part of the forum relatively un-moderated. Yes, we can be an unruly mob at sometimes (with me as the leading guilty party), but I think that the ladies and gents that post here….well I think we do a pretty good job of policing ourselves.

Now I am not speaking for everyone here, I’m sure some will speak up if they disagree, but for me thanks for leaving us alone over here and letting us sort it out on our own.

cheers...
