At a piano party tonight, there will be two pianos (one digital). I've listened to a lot of duets like this, but never played one. Any tips on playing duets in this situation?

I'm figuring that one pianist will play basslines, and some light chords, while the other handles primarily the melody or improv line, and we'll switch back and forth.
