Coursera - Introduction to Improvisation - 12/22/12 12:07 AM

Though clearly, in part, a means to drum up business for their on-line courses, the free Berklee College of Music offering "Introduction to Improvisation", taught by Gary Burton on Coursera (https://www.coursera.org/course/improvisation) (starts 4-22-2013 -- lasting 5 weeks), looks like it will be great.

For those already signed up for the course, they sent out an e-mail yesterday linking to six introductory videos which I've been watching this evening. Very interesting. And free!

As an aside, I completed "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python" this week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If you're feeling a little stultified by your day job, the new world of MOOCs ("massive open online courses") is worth checking out. Oh, and did I mention . . . these things are free!

Hey kipps
I have already signed up and have received the email but could not access the introductory videos.
Do you remember how you accessed them ?
