"Orange" digital pianos - looking for answers - 11/23/12 06:35 PM

Anyone heard of this brand?

Someone has already posted some questions regarding the "Orange" digital piano brand and (since there have been no replies to the other post), have decided to send my questions* directly to thesoundoforange.com.

Here is a contact page:

Here is a support page:

http://thesoundoforange.com/contact-us.php

*Extra note:

Just tried sending a few e-mails to them from their website as it doesn't look like that may be working right, either. One of the contact pages sends you to another page that you have to resend your info again (which I did) although there is no confirmation given that my e-mail was even sent.

Sent several questions regarding the actions:

1) Who makes the action (is it "Fatar" of Italy, for example), or, is it someone else?

2) Do any of the actions contain two, or, three sensors?

3) Do any of the actions have escapement?

If there is a reply will add the additional info, here.

Anyone else is free to try those contact pages...

I have a friend living near Vancouver and he gave the firm a ring to determine prices - I'll ask him again as I did not record same.
I never had any replies to my enquiries to Pacey's Pianos; thus it seems they have a non functional web site!!
What appealed to me was that the piano does not have a great many "wistles and bells".
