Dear piano gurus,

Has anyone an idea where to get cabriolet legs and lyre for a 1875 Steinway concert grand as shown in this link:

http://www.pianomart.com/buy-a-piano/ad.php?ad_id=24074

Likewise I am looking for fire hydrant legs for an 1880ies Steinway C as shown here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/from-private-fam...=item4d1ff525e7

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have so far tried unsuccessfully to get them from these people

In the past several years Steinway has made a reproduction of that piano. The called it the William Steinway Edition. That leg is referred to as the scroll leg. They might be able to supply them to you. You should call them at the factory and see if they are available.
