I've always wondered about these things, but never knew there was an old survey, interesting read. Would be nice with a new one though.

Done! I posted the info, 2015 ABF Survey , a few minutes ago. I look forward to seeing our results! There are links to the 2013, 2012, and 2011 results in that post as well. There was no survey done in 2014.

Where could I find the 2013 Survey Responses?
I find it interesting in the 2012 responses that 0% of responders selected for number of years on piano 3-5 years and 6-10 years. Seems once you hit the 3-5 year mark, you drop out of the ABF until you pass 10 years, then you come back.
