Just recorded this one today. Have been meaning to record this one for a while now, but never got around to it. Hope all that procrastination made it a little more refined.

Any constructive criticism is very much welcome!

Hi, Setiawan! For my taste, just an excellent rendition of this Nocturne -- unfussy, beautifully voiced and shaped throughout. Just a matter of taste -- I prefer the "A" section to be a tad more "neurotic" and urgent, so that it contrasts more with the hymnlike "B" section, which I relate to as a statement of comfort and consolation (and beautifully presented as such). I only wish you had continued with 37 - 2: Chopin composed most of his Nocturnes as "duples", and the OP 37 set seems to me particularly well suited as a matching set.

Incidentally, the piano has gorgeous tone, but appears to be digital -- who is the manufacturer?

Hi Tim, thank you for the kind words!

I see what you mean, that my 'A' section can seem a bit tame or too 'sensible' when compared with other interpretations, and you're not the only one (at least my girlfriend agrees with your sentiment). Something I'll be keeping in mind for the future : )

What you're hearing is the default sound of the Kawai CN34, with slight reverb added in 'post production' (hah). It's not bad for a digital, eh :P

Thanks again~
