Is My Transaction Secure:
Yes, the pages where we take your personal information and your credit card info are
on a secure server. What does this mean? It means that your information is encrypted
(scrambled) to prevent anyone from being able to access it.
Our credit card processing company receives your card information in scrambled form,
unscrambles it on their end and approves your transaction. We use a registered Thawte™ SSL certificate to assure
that your transactions are secure.

If you suspect you have been the victim of fraud on the Internet, report
it to the FBI's "Internet Fraud Complaint Center". They promise to investigate immediately.
Try contacting the offending company first though, it may be legitimate human error.

Orders paid with one of these methods are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days if they are in stock.
You can also send us a personal check in which case your order will be shipped within
7 to 10 business days of receipt of the check. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for items from the gift section (they come from a different supplier).
Note: Benches, music stands, sheet music cabinets, and cushions are made-to-order as the orders are received. For this reason shipment can take as much as 3 to 4 weeks depending on demand and production.

you may need to update the portion that detects security certificates in

Our Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Piano World, return it to us within 30 days (in its original packaging) for either replacement or a refund. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. You will need to return the product to them.
