• Soon after you submit the form you will receive an email confirmation from ListBot.
• You must reply to this confirmation from ListBot (not to us).
• The instructions are contained in the email. Simply hit the "reply" button in your email program. Please do not send your reply to us!!, otherwise you will not be subscribed. The instructions also include how to unsubscribe if you should ever wish to be removed from the mailing list.
